Shalom and warmest greetings to you from our God the Father and the Lord Jesus the Messiah. Thank you very much for your partnership with us. Summer is over and we are just ready for the Gods Fall Feasts – Tishrei month Holidays. On September 11 (Elul 29-Tishrei 1), from sunset, we are going to begin celebrate the The Feast of Yom Teruah (Feast of Sounding of the Shofar or by Rabbinical tradition Rosh-Ha Shana- Jewish New 5787 Year) , and ten days later, we will celebrate Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement), and finish with Sukkoth (Feast of Tabernacles). All of these feasts have prophetic meaning regarding Rapture of the church, Tribulation, Repentance and salvation of Israel, and the return of the Messiah. The ancient rabbis held a similar view: “In the month of Nisan (at Passover), our ancestors were redeemed, and in Tishrei (Rosh Ha-Shana), they will be redeemed in the time to come”. Also, they say:” And it is the ram’s horn that the Holy One, blessed be he, is destined to blow when the son of David, our righteous one, will reveal himself, as it said ‘And the Lord God will blow the horn’ “. Our congregation always celebrates Feasts of the Lord, and we will use these opportunities to witness to people about The Messiah Yeshua.
In the month of August, by God’s grace, we were able to witness to several thousand people. In Seattle, WA, we went to the Pier area to share the Gospel. The weather was great, and many people were present. As always, we witnessed and distributed Scripture. It is very hard to see souls who are deceived by the evil one and do not want to be saved. Unfortunately, many of them become very angry when they hear about God. One person stopped while I was preaching and started screaming very loudly. He did this twice, trying to stop our outreach. Another person played very loud music so that people would not be able to listen to the message of salvation. Very few people accepted Bibles that day, but we know that even one soul is important to the Lord. I believe that many hundreds of people heard the Good News that day by God’s grace through our ministry. I also had a great opportunity to witness to a few people at McDonald’s in Tacoma, WA. These are the end times, and we should not be surprised. More and more people are going to reject Christ, the Savior, and the Bible tells us that this will happen. At the airport, I met a Chassidic rabbi. I asked him what he thought about who the Messiah could be. He answered that he was not sure, but perhaps the Lubavitcher Rabbi was “the Messiah.” When I told him that Yeshua is the true Messiah of Israel, the rabbi said that I was “crazy,” became very angry, and left.
Also, my son Rafael prepared his report from Columbus, Ohio, where he has already been involved in ministry for some time:
August 14 – Zac Brown Concert: My fiancée and I evangelized at Nationwide Arena. Despite many rejections, we had meaningful conversations with Seth, Garett and Eliza, Johnny, and Tony and Caryn. Please pray that God uses these conversations to draw them to Christ, especially Johnny, who was homeless and recently sober from drugs.
August 29 – CAAMP Concert: Three of us evangelized at the Schottenstein Center. We distributed Gospel tracts and shared the message of Christ despite rejection. Austin and Emma, who grew up Christian but had become distant from their faith, stopped to talk and accepted prayer. Please pray that God will draw them back to Himself.
Thank you very much for your kindness and faithfulness, partnership and prayers. Our donation giving for the last month was very very low and very less than what we need every month. Please pray as we need more supporters to continue. I know that God will provide and we are thankful for everything.
