Dear friend, Shalom and Warmest greetings to you in Yeshua our Lord and Redeemer. I hope this letter will find you well. Thank you very much for all your help by prayer fellowship at the Throne of Grace and financial support of our ministry. Your help is greatly valued and is helping because of the Power and efficacy of His Precious Blood! Psalm 133:1 says: “Behold, how good and how pleasant it is, for brethren to dwell together in unity!"(KJV). When you help the work of this ministry, you go with us to every street, house, Hospital. You are going to witness and take the Word of God to the many Russian speaking Jewish and non-Jewish people, Israelites, Muslims, and others. The Lord values your faithfulness. Everyone will have their reward. God promised this through Abraham in Genesis 12:3. Faithful over a little will be set over much. If you took a plough to your hand, you shouldn’t watch back. We will plow and sow this field with faith. We believe that we will have a good harvest. The flood of the Holy Spirit spreads around this land and cleanses it. We are called to do everything for the Lord. We believe that purity and holiness will be as a part of our born-again life in the Messiah. Thank you very much who faithfully remember us by your prayers and financial support.
In June, by the Grace of the Lord, we witnessed to more than 2000 people. In Denver, we were preaching at 16 Street. One homeless man stopped and asked many questions regarding how to serve the Lord. After we prayed together, another young woman told me that she chose the devil and not Jesus. When I asked why, she responded that the devil gives “freedom”. I told her that only Christ could make her free and is the only one who gives peace. She left afterwards. We continued sharing the Gospel and some souls were accepting Scripture. We also had an outreach in Sacramento and San Francisco. I met 2 Muslim women, one from Syria and the other from Turkey. Both of them accepted NT’s, praise God! Here is a report for June from my son Rafael, who started a ministry in the Columbus area:
“Shalom! Four of us visited ScottsMiracle-Gro Field before a Columbus Crew soccer game. Two of us went into an area with a bar to have Gospel conversations with people, while a friend and I stood at the entrance to evangelize publicly. We met two others who were also evangelizing, and we partnered with them to hand out Gospel tracts and share about Jesus Christ. Praise God for how He brings believers together to advance His Kingdom. Because of this, we were able to reach many more people through preaching and distributing tracts. We primarily focused on sharing the need for repentance and belief—repenting of our rebellious ways against God (Acts 3:19) and believing in His finished work on the Cross (Romans 10:9). My friends told me that some people really did not want to hear about Jesus, but we must remember that He can save anyone. This is why evangelism is so important, since how will they believe if they do not hear (Romans 10:14)?
Two of us traveled to Newport, Kentucky, to have conversations with people and distribute Gospel tracts and crosses. We had three very good conversations. The first was with someone who said he believes in Jesus but does not find validity in Scripture. The second was with someone who is dating a believer but is not one himself. The third was with someone who attended Catholic school but does not truly understand the Gospel. We were able to share the Truth with all three of them, articulating the Gospel and reminding them that the Word of God is how God speaks to us (2 Timothy 3:16–17). They were all very responsive and respectful to what we had to say. Pray that the hearts of these individuals may be convicted and that they may come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior.
Three of us went to the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio, to evangelize at a WWE event. We had a few great conversations. One of my friends prayed to God, asking Him to lead us to the right people, and the next person he met stopped to talk with him. My friend asked, “Do you know Jesus?” He said yes. Then he asked, “Have you put your faith in Him?” and he said, “Not yet.” My other friend joined the conversation, and they explained that peace, joy, and salvation can only be found in Jesus Christ, and that He is our only source of satisfaction (John 6:35). The man listened, seemed touched, and they were able to pray for him. We also met two people as we were leaving. One woman was from Africa and told us she knew Jesus as her Lord and Savior. Right after that, we met another man who was Muslim, and we had an interesting conversation with him. He said Jesus was perfect but not God because, in his view, how could God have a mother? We had a back-and-forth discussion, and ultimately, he said he would read the New Testament, which we gave him. The woman stayed for the conversation and asked for one as well. May the Lord bless both of them and draw them closer to Jesus.
We would like to expand our outreach initiatives to neighboring cities around Columbus, such as Cincinnati and Pittsburgh. Pray for the Lord’s will to be done in our lives and that everything we do may be done unto the Lord (Colossians 3:23).”
